The scorpions terminated subject 95-R-1 and 95-R-2 and were eventually escorted from the room by personnel and secured elsewhere (see Subjects 96, 97).

> Subject ███████████ (95-R-3) and Subject ████████████ (95-R-4) were asked for information pertaining to their own fears.  95-R-3 reported fear of ghosts.  95-R-4 reported fear of lizards.  95-R-3 and 95-R-4 were instructed to enter Subject 95 as a pair as per Regulation #685.  Upon entering, a large lizard appeared and terminated both subjects.  The lizard was terminated by personnel.

Upon entering, the room filled with darkness which dissipated upon the termination of both subjects from unknown conditions.

Event Zero is believed to have occurred in late 2070, as apparitions began appearing after this point.  Catastrophic disasters of 2070 of mass simultaneous human death are therefore all likely EVENT ZERO candidates:
  * Tsunami of 2070-08-12 off the coast of Japan killing 728.
  * Earthquake of 2070-08-24 in San Francisco, collapsing a tower building, killing 902.
  * Aeroplane crash with passenger ferry of 2070-09-03, killing 432.
  * Sinkhole in metropolitan Peru of 2070-09-18, killing 1,092.
  * Forest fire of 2070-09-30 in Canada, killing 103.

No candidate is confirmed as Event Zero.  Further research is occurring.
