Bio: A stern-looking man who shot to power in the recent St. Nikolaos elections, Vasily is known for advocating a rather combative approach to Apparitions. Despite his persistent state of contemptuous irritation, extraordinary potty mouth, and critical lack of respect for his fellow councilmen, he enjoys considerable popularity on and off the Nikolaos, and is widely seen as a firm hand on the tiller.
